DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
To undertake the administration of all appointments for the departmental staffing areas, arranging all aspects of recruitment and selection of staff.
To input and maintain accurate computer and manual records.
To assist the Personnel Officer, through the provision of information.
To be responsible for the day to day supervision of the administrative assistant in conjunction with the Personnel Officer.
To provide information and assist with the preparation of reports.
To provide administrative support in respect of all personnel matters.
To retrieve, collate and produce information for the Senior Management Team.
To assist the Personnel Officer in the monitoring and review of Personnel Policies and Administrative Procedures.
The post holder will be expected to undertake any necessary training associated with the duties of the post.
