Responsible for acting as a liaison between customers and company. Assists with complaints, orders, errors, account questions, cancelations and other queries. Our growing business firm is looking for a skilled problem solver to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. We need an enthusiastic individual who can listen to customer service issues and then offer a unique and innovative solution to each problem. The successful candidate for this role will have a strong command of the company’s customer service policies, and be well-trained in our customer service rendition that can be critical for offering quick and accurate assistance to customers
Serves customers by providing service information;resolving and service problems.
Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services.
Opens customer accounts by recording account information and maintains customer records by updating account information.
Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment;following up to ensure resolution.
Compile reports on overall customer satisfaction.
