The Company is the  Nigerian franchise of New World Immigration (Pty) Limited - a South African company created  out of the need for a specialist organisation with a focus on assisting prospective migrants with their plans to seek better opportunities abroad. New World Immigration facilitates the complete visa process for clients. Our services cover but are not limited to Australian and South African Immigration and Emigration, European Residency Permits, Canadian Work and Study Visas together with all Retirement, Volunteer, Investor and Permanent Residency Visas.


Reporting to: Country Manager 

This position represents the first point of contact for visitors and clients, incorporating reception and telephone switchboard duties. Applicants must have a smart, professional appearance, be computer literate to a high standard and have the sensitivity to communicate well in a variety of situations.

A proven track record in administration, with a keen eye for detail, excellent verbal and written communication skills are prerequisite.  A flair for customer service, previous secretarial and sales experience desirable, together with a flexible, friendly approach.

This is a full time position.  Occasional weekend and evening work, depending upon event requirements.
