MasterCare Drycleaner is a leading Professional Dry-cleaning Company in Lagos, Nigeria. We have been in business for over 10 years and provide quality services to targeted individuals and corporate in Lagos. As part of our business expansion drive, we require the services of highly motivated Business Development Managers - BDM.
The candidate is expected to have a background in cleaning Service industry or retail industry and will be responsible for managing the business in the assigned region. Candidates must be able to demonstrate a high level of client negotiation skills and expertise in either developing business or building strong and long term partnerships
This role is a management role and the successful candidate must demonstrate a high level of experience in deputising for senior management teams. This role has some direct reports.
The successful candidate will ensure that MasterCare meets the agreed delivery time for every customer in the assigned region.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for driving sales forward in the assigned sales region. The BDM is expected to win individual and corporate customers, therefore negotiations and business development experience is required.
- Reach out and win new customers from business organizations in assigned region.
- Target market will include, but are not limited to, individual, homes, corporate, estates, hotels, high traffic places etc.
- Develop incentives and promotions to reward loyal customers and also increase sales volumes.
- Actively utilise Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to track and maximize communication to our clients.
KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- A proven sales track record in cleaning services sales or related sales role
- The ability to win big deals in hospitality business
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Must be a self-driven and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Must be computer literate
- Must have strong business knowledge and ability to identify new opportunities
- He or She must be dependable, reliable and customer-oriented
- Must be a team player with positive attitude
- Must be sociable, personable individual
