A Transport & Logistics Company is in need of a suitable candidate for this position.


Job Description/ Other necessary information

  • Answer inquiries regarding such information as schedules and locations
  • Receipt of payment for fares and issuance of ticket
  • Confer with customers to determine their service requirements and travel preferences. 
  • Determine whether space is available on travel dates requested by customers, and assign requested spaces when available.
  • Provide clients with assistance in luggage loading procedures.
  • Provide customers with travel suggestions and information such as guides and directories.
  • Trace lost, delayed, or misdirected baggage for customers.
  • Gather and compile visitor statistics such as the numbers and types of visitor inquiries.


Knowledge, Skills and Competency:

  • People skills
  • Must be able to speak English, Igbo or Yoruba languages fluently
  • Must be smart and very decent 
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Must be good with figures
  • Basic computer skills and proficient smartphone user.
