Our client – Zino Travels – requires the services of a female or male customer service agent also known as office assistant or front desk officer and receptionist. He or she must live close to Surulere, Lagos.
- Follow up and stay in touch with prospects and educate them with what they need to know about our services, making them confident enough to patronize us, and building a stronger and long-term relationship with them.
- Send periodic special offers to prospects to convert them to paying clients.
- Deliver our products and services online and at the office.
- Get feedbacks from customers so we can know how well we are doing and improve.
- Get referrals of people that might be interested in our services from our existing clients.
- Reply to emails, WhatsApp chats, online chat, skype chat, SMS, and phone calls.
Qualities We Are Looking
- Oral Communication Skills – Must speak English fluently.
- Writing Skills – Must be able to compose simple emails, letters, and proposals.
- IT Skills – Must know how to use the Internet and android mobile apps.
- People Friendly – Must be amiable and know how to make friends and easily get along with people.
- Willing to Learn – Must have a passion for reading, learning, and self-improvement.
- Minimum qualification is SSCE or Diploma. Higher qualifications will be an added advantage.
- Interested candidate must live close Surulere in Lagos because that is where the office is located.
