Summary of Roles and Responsibilities

Leaps and Bounds Partners provides exceptional consulting solutions in the areas of Human Capital Development, Business Advisory and Research. We deliver ‘best-in-class’ learning and development solutions in the financial and soft skills knowledge areas.

  • Managing existing Client Relationship
  • Conduct Need Analysis for Targeted Companies and develop proposals to suit their needs
  •  Gain and share understanding of prospective organization’s processes, business strategies, service offerings and decision-making structures

Leaps Professional Services:

  • Co-ordinate all Recruitment, Outsourcing and Background Check Services on behalf of clients.
  • Co-ordinate activities in relation to conducting Test Assessments on behalf of Clients.
  • Successfully Implement all Recruitment, Outsourcing and Background Check Mandates.
  • Identify and follow-up Strategic Marketing Opportunities in Recruitment, Outsourcing and Background check activities.
  • Act as a liaison between outsourced employees & agencies
