- Plan, direct, and coordinate human resource management activities to maximize the strategic use of human resources and maintain functions such as employee compensation, recruitment, personnel policies, and regulatory compliance.
- To identify all training needs of the bank and compile a list of all training programs for management decision
- To develop and manage a sustainable management development scheme
- Process and manage staff compensation packages (including PAYE and other statutory deductions)
- The ideal candidate must possess a B.Sc or HND in relevant discipline
- Minimum of 3 years work experience on similar jobs
- Ability to use IT tools such MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc
