- The CSR will report to Customer Service Manager
Core duties include:
- Responding to emergencies' notification
- Receiving external and internal calls
- Booking of servicing for client's Alarm systems
- Monitoring and treating alerts received from the Alarm System
- Coordinating client patrol
- Female and Single (male or married applicants will not be considered)
- Minimum qualification: BSc or BA degree
- Customer service Experience: 1 - 3 years (added advantage)
- Good communication skills
- Fluent in Hausa language (added advantage)
- Good computer skills.
- Confidentiality and high ethical standards
- Smart, confident, energetic, enthusiastic and
- Aptitude to work long hours.
- Strong relationship management skills.
- Resident of Abuja (none Abuja residents will not be entertained)
- Open to shifts patterns especially night shifts, inclusive of weekends(Saturdays and Sundays)
