Job Details

  • Manage and take charge of the day to day administration of the hostel
  • Ensure strict compliance by students the rules & regulations of the hostel
  • Develop marketing plan for the hostel
  • Check-in and check-out students upon resumption and closure
  • Draw up annual plan/budget for the hostel
  • Ensure that the hostel environment is peaceful and conducive to engender learning
  • Ensure safety and security of students in the hostel
  • Liaise with the students and their parents and address their needs
  • Liaise with the University authority from time to time
  • Supervise all support staff in the hostel such as the Chef, Kitchen attendants, shop attendants, security, receptionist, office assistant, etc
  • Ensure adequate maintenance of all hostel facilities by liaising with handy men
  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly/half yearly/yearly reports for management
  • Other functions as may be delegated by management
