- Promote products & Services to all WTG Channels ,with a goal to help company sell before they buy culture, using technology to achieve this , improve existing and implement tools required to improve this aspect
- Manage all digital marketing activities across social media, direct and indirect sales channels
Build Database of dealers and consumers
- Sales order processing
- Conduct periodic research and analyze local and international markets
- Managing and Update Website contents with all related product information
- Support and Build Solid relationships with independent agents , sales reps , buyers and entire Channels
- Provide After Sales Support to all channels
- Manage company webportal & IT updates
- Develop creative solutions for international sales and promotions, including company website design and development assistance
Develop computerized and/or online reports and proposals as part of sales presentations to illustrate benefits from use of product and/or solutions.
Prepare and administer sales terms and conditions according to company policies.
Troubleshoot technical problems with customers related to equipment sold
Assist with sales transactions over the phone and through internet based e-commerce websites.
- Must have an Online Marketing background
- Education / Experience in marketing communication
- Graphic design Skills will be an asset
- Understand how to build websites or use webtools effectively
- knowledge and experience with e-commerce, strong Excel Skills
