Job Details 

  • Building a National distribution dealer network
  • Create Profit focused plans and execute
  • Manage all Sales staff & Operations
  • Develop, train and create a motivated sales team
  • Increasing current distribution to meet targets
  • Increase visibility of products within dealer network
  • Ensure dealers are competent and well versed in all WTG products
  • Grow sales in each sector / region
  • Build relationships with all dealers
  • Develop, manage and implement dealer training program

 

Experience:

  • 4 years’ experience in sales management – not industry specific
  • Veritable Experience in dealing with large dealer networks
  • 2 years’ experience in either consumer electronics or mobile phone industry
  • Familiar with Nigerian Electronics Sector
  • Channel Development- Min 2 year experience building channels in Nigeria from ground up

 

Knowledge & Skills

People skills / Stock control / PC literate / Sales skills, training skills, strong Manager, motivator, leader, knowledge of the workings in the mobile phone Industry
