The company is a startup financial services company. This position will be responsible for managing the office secretarial and admin taks. Candidate must be smart, intelligent, trustworthy, able to multi-task and with excellent written and oral communication skills. In addition, the candidate must demonstrate initiative on the job with a capacity to work under pressure.
Qualifications: Degree or HND in Secretarial Studies or Management will be an advantage
-Dealing with telephone and email enquiries -creating and maintaining filing systems -using a variety of software packages such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Access etc to produce correspondence and document for presentation, records, spreadsheets and databases.
-Strong organisational skills
-Presentation skills and attention to detail
-Ability to work under pressure
-Oral and written communication skills
-Tact, discretion and respect for confidentiality,
-Reliability, Honesty and Project Management Skills
-Relevant IT and Typing skills are essential
