We are looking for a competitive Sales Associates in all the major state and local government across the country to help energize our members recruitment and expand our software sales to our large audience of customer. You will sell membership, services, and software product. The goal is to provide high class customer service and to increase company’s growth and revenue through sales maximization.


  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
  • Ascertain customers’ needs and wants
  • Product Demo of items that match customer needs
  • Cold calling and Door-To-Door visits of customer site
  • Manage point-of-sale processes
  • Keep up to date with product information
  • Accurately describe product and services features and benefits
  • Follow all companies policies and procedures
  • Serving and advising customers
  • Helping customers to find the services they want and giving information on products and prices
  • Handling complaints or passing them on to the sales management



  • Proven working experience in software and digital selling (Training will be provided)
  • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices (Training will be provided)
  • Proficiency in English
  • Track record of over-achieving sales quota
  • Solid communication and interpersonal skills

  • Basic administration skills
