SPECIFIC DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Act as brand ambassador; custodian; and advocate in key bakeries and confectionery factories within the territory
  • Advise all end user bakeries, factories and major primary users on baking ‘best practices’ and offering solutions through own brand. 
  • Resolve any technical issue that may act as a barrier towards customers’ adoption of the Lessafre brand.
  • Identify and work collaboratively with local industry association (i.e Master Bakers Association/union) with the aim of promoting own brand. 
  • Manage potential customers from initial identification of bakeries to product demonstration. The outlet is then handed over to Sales Team (i.e. KD Supervisor, ASC, PSC) to close sales and supply.
  • Actively participate in business development projects (Eg: Trade incentives schemes, promotions, internal brand awareness campaign etc). Monitor implementation and results of operational trade plans. Works in conjunction with Regional teams to ensure that trade programs are effectively implemented.
  • Provide input for and implement brand/trade cycle plans.

 

SPECIFIC DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • At least 5 years with minimum of 3 years experience working in bakery or confectionary production; Food and beverage  environment 
  • Product Sales experience
