Deliver a pre-and post-sales service according to internal and external customer needs in order to ensure business continuity.
- support sales functions by taking live calls from customers, answering their queries and responding to complaints.

- call handling experience
- excellent written and spoken English
- previous call centre experience preferred
- ability to multitask and work under pressure
- have competent computer abilities
