Deliver a pre-and post-sales service according to internal and external customer needs in order to ensure business continuity.

 

Responsibilities:

  • support sales functions by taking live calls from customers, answering their queries and responding to complaints.
  • provide support by servicing of existing business as required within the agreed service levels. Ensure customer retention targets are met
  • guide and assist business units in delivering fair outcomes for customers.
  • work with operations unit to ensure customer needs are met
  • follow-up with clients on phone and email
  • register feedback from clients and forward to relevant department
  • liaise with operations unit to identify converted policies
  • send complementary messages to clients

 

Requirements:

  • call handling experience
  • excellent written and spoken English
  • previous call centre experience preferred
  • ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • have competent computer abilities
