An ingenious Lagos company is in need of a suitable candidate for this position


Job Description

  • Service as additional helping hands to all Company outlets as (Logins) account officers.
  • Monitoring and keeping records of each logins (Shops) opening/closing hours
  • Ensure and monitoring of time of weekly remittance and submission of reports 
  • Monitoring and sales of Top up at all Company outlets
  • Ensure stabilities relationship between the operators’ and Supervisors’ guarantor by calling them.
  • Motivating operators / Supervisors by calling them, for their challenges 
  • Maintain Company standard by receiving customers’ complains from all Company outlets
  • Maintain the growth in Managers / Supervisors and agents relationship activities
  • Collating all register agent(s) forms across all the Company outlets
  • Keeping track of equipment given. And following up with change or fix in case of a faulty equipment.


Major Accountabilities

  • Keeping financial records/reports spend from Ogudu office
  • Monitoring/Report all field works penalties, fines, Leaves, pay back fine and allowance 
  • Keeping / Monitoring all field works official cars movement and fueling
  • Assist and tracking Expenses made by field workers in all Company outlets 
  • Collating / Monitoring all Company shop rent receipts and other documents 
  • Send weekly reports to the H.O.D of customer care unit of activities.


Key Performance Indicators

Functional Responsibilities:

  • Ensure growth and interaction between the Company agents and field workers
  • Promoting and improve the standard of all Company products and images
  • Provide reports for all the weekly and monthly report to appropriate heads and necessaries people in copy.
