  • To supervise and manage the  front office operation,
  • training of front office personnel, ensure satisfactory customer service.
  • maintain and control all front office operational documents
  • Adhere to company credit policy
  • To maintain cheerful , courteous demeanour all the time
  • To respond to inquiries in relation to reservation, hotel information
  • use suggestive selling techniques to sell room nights
  • Build strong relationships and liaise with all other departments  for effective and efficient service delivery
