He or she shall first understand how the company operates and its transactions and attend to clients, solve their individual problems and refer complicated cases to appropriate administrative officer responsible. It is also the responsibility of the CUSTOMER CARE OFFICER to always advise management on the various problems encountered by clients as well as their various complains and suggest solutions. The right person for this position is expected to have a sound and bright mind, and has the ability to communicate fluently with client.
All qualified applicants seeking for this position are expected to possess a minimum of First Degree / HND in any course. Applicants awaiting result who know they can properly perform this function should also apply; and MUST be based in Lagos.
