Our Client is a major distributor for most European Medical Equipment Manufactures. The company over the years have achieved success providing support for First tier healthcare providers in Nigeria and across West Africa.
We currently have an open position for a Front-desk/Office Secretary.
We are looking for a smart front desk/ secretary staff, who will coordinate and organize the movement of document in and out of the office, organize staff schedules with clients, receive and send emails on behave of the organization and ensure proper keeping of transaction records.
He/She will coordinate activities amongst managers and clients as well.
We expect our Front desk staff to have excellent communication skills, highly proficient in the use of IT tools, Office software, Basic graphics applications, excellent typing skills. The use of Internet on multiple platforms is non-negotiable.
A minimum of Ordinary National Diploma in, Secretariat Studies, Business Administration of other social science courses.
