We are looking to recruit a customer relations/office administrator at our office in Lekki, who will manage the sales and marketing responsibilities of the organization. The position reports to the Creative Director of the company.


  • Manage all customer relations including response to all customer inquiries, orders and feedbacks
  • Manages the company's social media presence on various platforms including Instagram, Twitter & Facebook
  • Prepares periodic reports and analysis of orders, sales and customer feedbacks
  • Carry out adhoc accounting responsibilities
  • Maintains appropriate filing systems and book keeping
  • Organizes and manages periodic staff meetings
  • General supervision of office operations and environment to ensure that it is safe and appropriate for daily operations

 Qualification and Skills

  • Minimum of HND
  • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
  • Ability to multi-task and maintain a high standard of quality service
  • Good knowledge and ability to use social media tools including: Instagram, Twitter, facebook, YouTube etc.
  • Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft office packages especially Microsoft Excel & Microsoft Word
  • Proactive and have good organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Good analytical skills
