A high profile individual and public personnel who resides in Delta, Abuja, Lagos and Abroad is looking for a responsible Personal Assistant to provide personalized secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner.
She will act as the point of contact between her boss and internal/external clients, screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence; handle requests and queries appropriately, manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments and make travel arrangements.
- Must be a female between ages 24-35 with proven working experience as a personal assistant.
- Must be very professional with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be ready to travel on short notice.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- MS Office and English proficiency.
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
- Up-to-date with latest office gadgets and applications.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
