Candidates (one male and one female) each would be responsible for

General Office Administration

Preparation of Proposals, bids, and capacity building materials

Cover The Director's meetings within and outside the organisation

Maintain Records (including financial records)

Carry out desktop research and prepare reports

 

Person Specification

A graduate with not lower than 2:1 or Upper Credit

Intelligent and good looking, with a positive aura

Strong computer skills including MS Excel, MS Powerpoint, (knowledge of graphics will be an advantage)

Very good organising and communication (written and oral) skills

Good presentation skills (or at least can learn within a short time)

Should be able to handle figures
