A Technology Firm is in need of suitable candidate to fill this position.

 

The Candidate must have good people and administrative management skills

must know how to keep, build and manage existing and new client relationship

follow up on all pipeline project to ensure completion

DUTIES

  • Coordinate all company operations including the appropriate use of all physical resources.
  • Manage upkeep and condition of all equipment, plant, fixtures.
  • Liaison with suppliers, merchandisers and other partners.
  • Liaise with external agencies and authorities (e.g., fire services, police, local council , etc ).
  • Recruit, train and develop staff.
  • Maintain competitor analysis reports and plan, forecast and business reports.
  • Monitor competitor activity, pricing and tactics.
  • Advertising and promotional strategy and activities in line with budgetary parameters.
  • Contribute to company strategy and policy-making.
  • Manage customer service activities and staff competence in these areas.
  • Manage costs and overheads, and all factors affecting the profitable performance of the company.
  • Manage cash and payment systems with staff and customers.
  • Manage branch costs and overheads
  • Render weekly report to the Managing Director/CEO
