Job Details

  • Leading the conduct of training needed assessment and implementation of training for client organizations and Management Alternatives staff
  • Development and review of training curriculum and planning of training schedules for the organization
  • Lead the recruitment unit of the organization by generating and managing the database of potential hires and linking them with appropriate clients
  • Coordinate recruitment events and activities such as advertisements and interview sessions
  • Support marketing efforts by identifying and meeting clients  in need of Human Resources services and providing technical input to proposals
  • Develop database of external Recruitment and Training Consultants; manage relationships and service agreements
  • Weekly company website management checks and liaise with IT service providers to ensure smooth running of the website 
  • Conduct staff training needs assessment reviews
