Job Details

Individual to work closely with the company to moderate income business development customers through business technical assistance, counselling, teaching, and coaching.

Provide assistance to on all our Business solutions services to the public.

Document all time spent with customers in customer databases

Evaluate business plans and financial projections

Assesses business start-up and expansion with development needs

Solicit for Clients to ensure s/he reach the required target for Inspire Lifeline. 15 clients per every BDE.

Compile accurate spreadsheets (balance sheets, income statement, cash flows, trends, and ratio analysis) based on information obtained from customers

Work with the Business development program to provide technical assistance to Businesses

Evaluating Clients business and marketing plans, financial Projections, and projected cash flows

Meet with customers to deliver services as outlined in inspire lifeline’s contract

Create customer computer file and promptly input new client data into data collection systems. Add counselling information after each additional counselling session

Analyzes, evaluates and reports credit worthiness of current and prospective business customers with lending team or for customer action plan

Evaluates existing client performance through spreadsheet analysis of balance sheets, income statements, cash flows, and ratio analysis

Assist in marketing strategies of all your Business Development clients and business development programs.

Also participate in business technical assistance team meetings

Participate in projects as needed to accomplish overall Inspire Lifeline goals and strategies

Provide incubator services and group technical assistance education. Responsible for corporate disclosure and compliance with country corporation laws, stock exchange listing standards and SEC reporting and compliance;

Oversee Stockholder Relations including stock issuance and transfer operations; stockholder correspondence; prepare and distribute proxy statement;

Analyses the businesses financial health and creates financial readiness action plans
