Job Duties

  • Producing documents and reports.
  • Maintaining and restocking office supplies.
  • Using information, email and diary systems.
  • Planning and organising meetings.
  • Managing staff appointments.
  • Maintain a friendly and helpful attitude with other staff and visitors.
  • Work with a team of other office assistants to provide excellent customer service.
  • Maintain confidential clients’ information.
  • Uphold Ashville’s Code of Ethics and enforce the company’s policies for staff and client.

 

Qualification  and Requirements

  • Minimum of HND in any discipline.
  • An organised approach and excellent time management skills.
  • Computer literacy and good communication & typing skills.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.
  • The ability to use your own initiative but also know when matters need to be referred to a supervisor.
  • Dependability and Administrative Writing Skills.
  • Documentation Skills, Meeting Planning.
  • Problem-Solving Skills.
