ICEPyramid Communications Limited is a Nigerian Company with operations in other African countries is seeking application from qualified candidates to fill the position of Admin & Operations Manager for its Operations in Ado-Ekiti, Calabar, Benin City and Abeokuta.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

This role shall be responsible for the day-to-day administration and operations of the center by planning and implementing ICEPyramid’s operational strategies; improving systems and processes; people management. This role shall also be responsible for determining the call center operational strategies by;

  • Conducting needs assessments, performance reviews, capacity planning; Establishing Quality Assurance standards;
  • Contributing information and analysis to organizational strategic plans and reviews.
  • Developing and executing user acceptance test plans; Planning and controlling implementations.
  • Maintains and improves call center operations by monitoring system performance; Identifying and resolving problems; Preparing and completing action plans; Completing system audits and analyses; Managing system and process improvement and quality assurance programs.
  • Accomplishes the center human resource objectives by enforcing policies and procedures.
  • Meets center financial objectives by estimating requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
  • Prepares call center performance reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
  • Implement Maintenance planning by evaluating installed equipment and infrastructure; develop preventive maintenance programs; calling for repairs; evaluating and implementing upgrades.
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by tracking emerging trends in call center operations management; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices.
  • Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

1)    All applicants must possess a minimum of Bachelors Degree or its equivalent from recognized and accredited institutions.

2)    All applicants must have 2-6 years of experience in Human Resource Roles

3)    All Applicants must be between the 25-35years old

4)    Applicant with other certification is a added advantage

5)    The applicant must be residing in the following cities; Abeokuta, Ado-Ekiti, Benin City and Calabar .
