Job Details

  • Provides support to customers, outside sales staff and inside sales staff and Human Resources
  • Places telephone calls to make direct contact with prospective customers as part of new business development efforts (i.e. cold calling, event calling)
  • Takes messages or relays calls to the Sales & Marketing staff, including the President
  • Performs research of customer account and contact information
  • Assists Human Resource Department by issuing and entering initial paperwork for interviews/applicants, scheduling of pre-employment screening and other assigned functions
  • Answer and manage multi-line switchboard
  • Clean & restock kitchen and supply room, maintaining inventory and managing orders as needed
  • Maintain log for building/office access key card system
  • Support meeting and conferencing needs within the office
  • Interface with employees as well as clients and vendors who are coming on-site to the office
  • Manage and support the busy comings & goings of our entire social and network and website Accept and distribute phone calls and mail
  • Provide administrative support to multiple departments
  • In coordination with the EDS, research and implement procedures for keeping the office motivated, organized, and efficient
