Responsibilities

  • Acquire new retails outlets for the company's products
  • Acquire new business accounts for the company
  • Promote the company's products and brand
  • Manage own customer relationships and handle any queries or complaints
  • Achieve activity targets/KPIs


Your Profile

Mandatory

  • Customer Service Skills: The customer is always right. You will need to be able speak in a friendly way to customers and potential customers, listening to their needs and helping communicate options for them.
  • Communication Skills: You will need to speak to customers about our product's different features, and answer any questions they might have.
  • Flexibility: You might have to work long hours, nights or weekends.
  • Persistence: Not every customer is going to be a sale. Being able to bounce back if you lose a sale will be key for this job.
  • Ability to meet monthly targets
  • Ability to produce monthly sales report

It would be advantageous if you have the following:

  • Good knowledge of own work area/region
  • Proven sales track record
  • Sales experience
  • Creative and flexible
  • Strong Social Media presence

Location

The company is based in Lagos.


Reporting Line

You will be reporting to the Operations and Marketing Executive and/or the Operations Manager.

 

Note

Note that this job is commission based only and is best suited for people that have other income streams. However, you will be expected to commit at least 5 hours a week to this role.
