Afm recruit is a recruiting firm based in lekki phase 1. We are recruiting for a client of ours who into security provision for companies. 



  • As a guard`s manager you in charge with the total security supervision of the organization in which you work for. 
  • You are to maintain a safe and secure environment for customers and employees by establishing and enforcing security policies and procedures; supervising the security guard force.


Job Responsibilities:

  • A guard’s manager oversees guards who protect private property against theft and vandalism. Security officers also ensure the safety of people on their employer’s premises. Security personnel work in office buildings, retail stores and other public buildings. 
  • They also work in public transportation venues, such as airports and bus terminals. 
  • Depending on the size of his staff, the security supervisor might do patrol duty, or his job may be primarily administrative.



  • A guard’s manager monitors his staff by patrolling with them by auto or on foot. 
  • The supervisor is also responsible for monitoring the electronic surveillance equipment used on the premises. Each day the supervisor assigns areas for his officers to patrol and presents a list of potential problems his officers should be on the lookout for. If someone is caught trespassing or committing another crime, the supervisor oversees the transfer of the accused person to the custody of local law enforcement personnel. 
  • The supervisor works with staff to develop safety plans for the buildings he monitors. He leads periodic safety drills for employees and patrons in the business.



  • The candidate must be an ex. Force either of a police or a military officer who is willing and able to manage people and mange positions as well.
  • The candidate must be thorough and responsible to work and must show that zeal of greatness in him.

  • Management proficiency, surveillance skills, analyzing information , informing others, staffing, coordination, tracking budget expenses, handles pressure, reporting skills, scheduling, dealing 
  • with complexity.
  • The candidate must be 45 years and above
