- A courteous individual with impeccable diction, good phone answering skills as well as face to face interaction with clients and visitors;
- Screening and re-directing phone calls
- Receive, sorting, and forwarding of mail for clients.
- A highly organized person with the ability to maintain electronic and manual filing records
- Ensure knowledge of clients' movements in and out of organization.
- Monitoring of visitor access and maintenance of security awareness
- Assisting the Centre manager by providing general administrative and clerical support.
