Job Description:

  • A courteous individual with impeccable diction, good phone answering skills as well as face to face interaction with clients and visitors;
  • Screening and re-directing phone calls 
  • Receive, sorting, and forwarding of mail for clients.
  • A highly organized person with the ability to maintain electronic and manual filing records
  • Ensure knowledge of clients' movements in and out of organization.
  • Monitoring of visitor access and maintenance of security awareness
  • Assisting the Centre manager by providing general administrative and clerical support.
  • control inventory relevant to reception area.
  • Ensures the tidiness of the reception area

 

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar position is an added advantage.
  • Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
  • Computer literacy is a must.
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
