The Sales Representative shall be expected to:
- Service existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organising daily work schedule to call on existing or potential customers.
- Respond to customer’s enquiry about services availability, price and credit terms
- · Recommend services to customers based on customers’ needs and interest
- · Contact prospective customers regularly to provide updates on products and new offers.
- · Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems and making recommendations to management.
- · Provide relevant information, brochures and publications (guides, local customs, maps, regulations, events etc.) to customers.
- · Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- · Keeping management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, monthly and annual reports.
- · Any other duties that may be assigned by management
- Must have a B.Sc./HND in Marketing or any social science course from a reputable Higher Institution
- Must have a minimum of five (5) years’ work experience in an air travel business
- Must be a computer literate with knowledge of PowerPoint, Microsoft word and Excel
- Must be between 30-35years
· Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Must possess strong interpersonal and people management skills
- Must have the ability to work independently or as part of a team
· Must be highly organised with the ability to multi-task
· Must be self-motivated and result driven
· Must have a pleasant disposition
