Execute the company’s Human Resources administration operations support function.
A good first degree in Personnel and or Business administration or any of the social sciences
A second degree in a relevant course is required
Membership of relevant professional bodies
At least 6 years of relevant experience in HR administration management with a reputable organization
Demonstrated proficiency managing analytically rigorous initiatives.
Track record in organisational management and leadership at a supervisory level
