Perfetti Van Melle Nigeria LTD seeks qualified candidates to fill this role 



  • Support Strategisic Business Plan for Allocated Key Accounts:
  • The Incumbent will excute plans completed in consultation with key Account Manager and customers, marker share sales and sales target pursued with rigour and sales / promotion plan executed in line with budget and taking resources into account
  • Implement Key Accounts Business Plan: Customised activity plans for each customer implemented within agreed budget parameters, Comapany brands merchandised and deployed with the highest standerd possible, win -win customer deals negotiatied and Customer queries & problems resolve OTIF 
  • Promotions and Category Management: Ensure Comany range is listed correctly and in line with the customer key account profil, store loyout, category develoment and shopper behaviour used to maximise Return on investimentm promotions managed within budget and in line with brand strategies  
  • Appropriate utilization of trade spends and effective communication of deals & promotions and full implementaton of promotions in terms of agreed cycles 
  • Delivery of in store marketing execution in line with brand strategies, right type and quantity of POS 
  • Increased sales volume negotiated and customer queries and problems resolved effectively 
  • Ensure Abuja Territory/Rigional Sales Managers are aware of local modern trade (LMT) business plans as well as the monthly/ quarterly promotional cycles
  • Recruitment of talented morderb trade distributor sales reps, promoters and merchandisers - vacancies filled in line with policies, suitably qualified equity candidates given preference 
  • Develop Employee - Coach and manage modern trade distributor sales reps, promoters and merchandiser 
  • Manage Performance - Clear communication of expectations and objectives, monitor performance through review meeting held every day with distrbutor sales rep snd weekly with merchandisers, provide feedback on performance and ensure that sales reps and merchandisers salaries are paid on time and in full.
