Providing technical support across the agricultural value chains and working collaboratively with the team and other department  executives  to  ensure alignment and proper prioritization to achieve short, medium  and  long-term business strategies and objectives and building internal and external visibility with key  responsibility areas within the company and ensure a referral network to facilitate a stream of new business prospects.


Qualifications and Experience

  • Minimum of 10 years post qualification experience   gained  within   the   Insurance or Financial services industry seven (7) of which must have been   in a senior management level including a minimum of 5 years in a similar position preferably in agro-allied industry
  • A good University degree or HND in business, finance, economics or related field
  • An MBA is desirable or any other qualification/certification
  • A Ph.D. certification will be an added advantage
