NAITEOC is a body conceived and created by the National Information Technology Development Agency (NITDA) for the growth and development of the outsourcing industry in Nigeria.



  • Work closely and effectively with the Exceutive Secretary of the NAITEOC Board
  • Provide Administrative support in preparation for the meeting of the Board
  • Develop, maintain and update relevant database for the effective running of the Association
  • Identify and build relationship with relevant stakeholders in the Outsourcing industry, the Government, non-ICT sector, ICT Development agencies, policy makers and research organisation that are critical to delivering NAITEOC objectives
  • Establish strategic partnerships with relevant organisation both on the demand and supply side of the Outsourcing industry globally
  • Represent the Association at relevant meetings, workshops, seminars and policy oriented event
  • Develop ideas and projects for formal collaborations with targeted development agencies,policy and research organisations
  • Identify and track emerging opportunities through the institutional funding strategy and action plan
  • Articulation of program and event for the Association in collaboration with the Board
  • Provide leadership in policy, research, evaluation and management support for the Association program, partners and initiatives
  • Conduct long term program strategy formulation for the Association in conjuction with the boards
  • To undertake fund raising activites for the Association
  • To undertake sales and marketing efforts towards the promotion of NAITEOC locally and internationally;
  • To undertake research and development activities for th purpose of positioning NAITEOC as a "THINK-TANK/STRATEGIC" body




  • Bachelor Degree
  • 2-3 years' experience in similar position
  • Work within the outsourcing and information Technology space will be an advantage
  • Experience working at National and International level including working within NGO sector and a strong background in initiating and implementing program
  • Strong organisational, presentation, project management and excellent customer services skills
  • Strong knowledge of the IT/Outsourcing industry
  • Research and Analysing and good reporting skills, alongside ability to develop a clear strategic direction
  • Excellent planning, organisational, multi-task and time management skills
  • Must be computer literate, experience working with Word, Excel and Power point will be strong advantage
  • Strong interpersonal and collobarative skills, proven ability to flexible in a team oriented approach to attain association goals
  • Demonstrate ability to work independently, as part of a team with minimal supervision and the capacity to take action
