JOD DESCRIPTION OF CLIENT SERVICE EXECUTIVE

A young and aspiring Brands Marketing & Communication Agency based in Ikeja, Lagos is looking to urgently fill in the position of A CLIENT SERVICE EXECUTIVE.

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Offering strategic solutions, economic, market and industry insight/intelligence and planning activities on prospects and current business/accounts.
  • Pragmatic solution offering to Clients’ brand advertising, market activations, research, public/media relations, events and related communications needs
  • Impressive customer service, with effective interfacing and relationship between the company and assigned client, ensuring that services delivery and issue resolution for client.
  • Combinations of company’s existent and non-existent products and services that meet special client needs with the aim of boosting and sustaining the company’s revenue profile and depth in strategic offerings to the market
  • Any other related tasks or job deliverables as requested by the MD/CEO.

 

The CS must be capable of effective relationship that melts an iron hearted clientele! The potion report to the MD/CEO, must be a BSC/HND holder in relevant field with a minimum of 2-3 years related experience in a brand communications agency, FEMALE most preferred and must possess the following

  • Average proficiency in relevant Brand Management, Media, Research, Analytical and Report
  • Writing skills
  • A team player that must possess delegation Skills.
  • Possess a personal drive to succeed in similar fast-paced environment.
