Academic Qualification & Experience

  • HND/Bachelors degree in a related disciple (from a reputable institution) with a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role
  • Additional qualifications and experience in an administrative role would be an advantage


Skills Set

  • Knowledge of MS office
  • Knowledge of transport sector policies and operating guidelines
  • Knowledge of customer profiling techniques and selling skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to consult, delegate, analyze and plan on an organization-wide basis
  • Ability to project a good image
  • Ability to reason out of the box and multi task
  • Enjoy conversing and interacting
  • Good coordination and organization skills
  • Grasp of logistics management

  • Advising management on programs and events that could aid school growth
  • Establish, implement and maintain effective communication channels with stakeholders
  • Follow up on absent pupils
  • Responsible for the overall administrative success of the bus service
  • Recruitment of staff (initiation, selection and documentation)
  • Performance management
  • Payroll administration
  • Facilities Management
