BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER – Job Description
- Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business.
- Build relationship with new clients and enhance existing relationships.
- Forecast sales targets and ensure they are met by the sales team.
- Identify opportunities for campaigns and products distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with client contacts
- Following up new business opportunities.
- Provide assistance to less experience staffs when needed
- Communicating new product developments to prospective clients.
- Providing management with feedback.
- Manage and maintain the financial account systems
- Build and grow the business
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of HND & B.Sc in Business or Marketing related discipline
- Must possess at least 3 years experience
- Maintain high level of professionalism and competence in every client interaction
- Work in compliance with company policies and procedures
- Good presentation and excellent selling skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
