Cromwell PSI is a Strategic Outsourcing and Professional Services firm with a wide range of offerings that include Real Estate Advisory, Property Development, Facilities Management, Urban & Infrastructure projects, Business Consulting & Enterprise Support, Market Research, Executive Training Programs, and Industry Events.

Though headquartered in Lagos, Nigeria, we are focused on the pan-African market. As an ambitious and revolutionary organisation that plans to shake up the real estate, professional services and market research industries, we are in need of a suitably qualified individual for the position of Country Leader (CEO), who shall be responsible for setting, driving and achieving the company's strategic business objectives, and providing visionary leadership for Cromwell PSI.

The requirements are:

  • Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline AND/OR a Master’s Degree in a Business or Management-related discipline. Relevant professional qualifications will be an added advantage.
  • Minimum of 5 years post-graduation experience. 
  • A good understanding of the real estate and professional services market in Nigeria is mandatory.
  • Previous experience with any of the "Big Four" Consulting firms (PwC, KPMG, Deloitte, Ernst & Young, McKinsey etc.) will be an advantage.
  • The candidate must be a go-getter, progressive, youthful and comfortable with using modern business technologies.

The Country Leader shall report to the company's Board of Directors.
