Main tasks include but are not limited to:

  • Collation of the MD’s reports – daily, weekly, monthly
  • Minuting scheduled and other meetings
  • Managing the flow of physical and electronic correspondence into and out of the MD’s office
  • Detailed management of the MD’s daily schedule
  • Liaising with top management and directors under the MD’s direction
  • Management of the MD’s travel arrangements
  • Securing sensitive information and maintaining an effective and efficient filing system
  • Ensuring that resources required in the MD’s office are always availabl
  • Assisting with the preparation of MD’s Presentations


Required Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent communications skills – written and verbal
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • A high level of digital literacy, with proficiency in the following applications: The MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) and sound working knowledge of social media. Knowledge of other office management apps would be a distinct advantage.
