A Young Quantity Surveyor, age 30 to 45 years, who studied in the UK or in the Scottish region of the UK. He should be passionate about his field, has experience in Contract Management and Administration and    be willing to work with the Contract department.


Job summary: A quantity surveyor manages all costs relating to building and civil engineering projects, from the initial calculations to the final figures. Surveyors seek to minimize the costs of a project and enhance value for money, while still achieving the required standards and quality. Many of these are specified by statutory building regulations, which the surveyor needs to understand and adhere to.

  • Contract Administration and Management
  • Preparation of BOQ (Bill of Quantities)
  • Cost Estimating
  • Contract Document reviews
  • Cost Control and Monitoring
  • Letter writing, report writing and documentation
  • Preparation of material Schedule
  • On-going project supervision
  • Interim valuation (internal and external)
  • Preparation of other contract documents (e.g. Specification)
  • Preparation of valuation and variation
  • Negotiation and agreement of variation
  • Preparation of monthly project budget
  • Perform other related duties.
