He/She is responsible for handling the implantation of strategy making process of the sales department and ensure better sales figures. He/She will be responsible for implementing the strategies and tactics through which sales can increase and figures can improve. He/she must maximize the company’s profit and expand the scope of the business.
- Set and achieve company periodic set sales target while supporting the goals of the team to maximize profit for the organization
- Provide honest and confident feedback to customers regarding product style and fit
- Build lasting relationships with customers by contacting them to follow up on sign ups
- Consistently seek new product knowledge to act as an expert for the customer
- Work as a team player to ensure each customer receives the best service possible
- Perform daily department sales position maintenance tasks including making outbound phone calls, taking inbound phone calls, sending / answering customer emails, participate in daily meetings and training, and other duties as assigned
