- Establish, develop and maintain business relationships with current and prospective customers in the assigned territory/market segment to generate new business for the organization’s products.
- Promotes/sells/secures orders from existing and prospective customers through a relationship-based approach
- Should have greater Focus on the Retailers
- Will be saddled with the development & Management of Retail Outlets
- Should develop Relationship with a Minimum of 200 Outlets In the Territory.
- He/she will ensure a minimum of 70% Retail Brand Numeric Distribution In their Territory
- Achievement of Target Call Coverage on J.P
- Will Implement Promotion Activities, provide Feedback on Market condition and competitive activities to Retail Development Manager.
- Should prospect & develop new Accounts
- Ensure good Outlet documentation by keeping accurate records – call cards Etc.
- Building Relationships with consumers through interaction in Outlets
- Will Ensure Good Working Relationship with B.D.E’s
- Should uphold quality, distribution, visibility, price & promotion actions in all sales activities.
- Any other duties as maybe assigned by the manager
