Handling product identification & selection as per Nigerian market needs, research & analysis conducted of market trends & customer feedback. This will be done under supervision of the HOD.
Distribution: development of a nationwide distribution network for all product categories both in the dealer & B2B market.
Overall Management & Business Development of both dealer & B2B channels:
Including management of existing Key Dealer & B2B Account relationships and initiating & building long term relationships in both segments
Supervision of pricing, execution of orders & collection
Marketing support required to support the business
Increasing volume of business & number of SKUs with both existing & new channels
Identification of business opportunities and converting into new business
Building relationships with all stakeholders including customers (dealers, B2B sector, artisans) and influencers including Architects, Property Developers, Contractors etc.
Imparting product knowledge and training to all stakeholders: staff; customers & influencers.
Business & Portfolio Expansion: identifying new business & product lines; conducting research & feasibility studies for new business lines & products.
Management and training of all staff in the department. Identifying manpower requirements and handling recruitment for any positions required in the department in coordination with HOD.
