Job Description

A leading Courier/Logistics organization with Head Office based in Lagos is hiring for a Systems/Network Support EngineerResponsibilities

  • Manage server, power and security system requirements and to provide support in accordance to Service Level Agreements
  • Escalate and resolve any issues and problems associated with services delivered by third party suppliers.
  • Manage  vendors  and/or suppliers  within specified time and budget requirements

Requirements

  • First Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or Electrical Electronics
  • Professional qualification in: MCP, MCSA (Messaging) MCSE (Messaging)
  • Technical expertise in: Windows Client Systems, Window Server 2003 & 2008, Exchange 2003 & 2007, Microsoft Small Business Server 2003 & 2008, Antivirus (Symantec, McAfee, Panda Security) Server Management
  • Experience of setting up Web and FTP
  • Good communication (Verbal, Outlook, Phone)
  • 5 years experience in the area of responsibilities
  • Age: Not above 32 years
