Job Description
The International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC), a neutral and humanitarian organisation is recruiting for its Port Harcourt Office an Administrative Officer
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise a team of 4-6 drivers
- Execute HR functions
- Explain and apply financial and administrative procedures
- Followup and apply process payments
- Keep accounting books updated and prepare accounting documents
- Update various administrative lists, including HR related
- Keep inventory of equipment, furniture, stationeries
- Make travel arrangments for Staff
Requirements:
- BSc Business Administration or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years work experience
- Good command of the English Language (Verbal and Written)
- Computer Literate
Desirability:

- Team leadership skills
- Open-minded, reliable and ease in a multicultural environment
