Job Description

The International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC), a neutral and humanitarian organisation is recruiting for its Port Harcourt Office an Administrative Officer

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise a team of 4-6 drivers
  • Execute HR functions
  • Explain and apply financial and administrative procedures
  • Followup and apply process payments
  • Keep accounting books updated and prepare accounting documents
  • Update various administrative lists, including HR related
  • Keep inventory of equipment, furniture, stationeries
  • Make travel arrangments for Staff

Requirements:

  • BSc Business Administration or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years work experience
  • Good command of the English Language (Verbal and Written)
  • Computer Literate

Desirability:

  • Strongly motivated by humanitarian work
  • Team leadership skills
  • Open-minded, reliable and ease in a multicultural environment
