HR & Allied Services is recruiting for her client an indigenous Construction Company and a major player in construction industry with Head Office in Lagos and branches in four locations in the country which in its bid to expand its operations requires competent and dynamic dynamic individual for the position of:

 

POSITION:   Project Manager

 

JOB DESCRIPTION:  The key responsibility of the position is to oversee and ensure effective management and successful execution of projects.

 

PERSON SPECIFICATION.

 

  • Minimum of 10 years work experience, 5 of which must be in a similar position in the same/related industry.
  • Must have B.Sc/HND in Engineering or related subject.
  • Must be a member of relevant professional body.
  • Must have good technical interpersonal, supervisory skills and should be very mobile.
  • Project Management skills and team management skills for successful projects execution.

·         The position requires advanced IT skills and familiarity with engineering software
