Job Description /Profile Job Title: Senior Human Resources Generalist Reports: Human Resources Consultant Lagos To coordinate day-to-day operations of the Human Resource office and administer HR policies, procedures and programs. Job Responsibility: • recruiting and staffing logistics; • performance management and employee improvement programmes; • organization development; • employee orientation, development, and training; • policy development and implementation; • employee relations, and employee engagement initiatives; • company employee communication; • compensation and benefits administration; • employee safety, welfare, wellness and health Requirement: • Minimum 1st Degree in HR, IR, psychology and sociology preferred. • Minimum 5 years in Senior HR administration position • Membership of HR Professional institution is an added advantage • Experience in Performance Management using electronic Platform • HR as business partner orientation
